We hope you love your NoorFit purchase. In the event you were not completely satisfied, full-priced items purchased within 14 days will be refunded to your original form of payment. Refunds will be issued for the total amount paid for the merchandise, excluding shipping fees. Merchandise discounted through special promotions, sale codes and/or sale items returned within 14 days of purchase are only eligible for store credit. Any unauthorized return merchandise will not be eligible for a refund.
All returned merchandise and products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise we deem to be used, worn or washed. Please try on all clothing with undergarments in the event you choose to return them.

Refunds or store credits will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the return back into our warehouse.
Refused packages are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as duties and taxes.

CAN I RETURN MERCHANDISE MARKED AS “FINAL SALE”?
Merchandise marked “Final Sale” is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
DOES NOORFIT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
We do not accept international returns at this time. Any refusal or unauthorized return of an international shipment will result in a $20 re-processing fee.
ARE GIFT CARDS RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE?
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
